Our technical department is equipped with the best CAD design software for designing packaging and paper industry solutions, and two maximum format plotters enable us to very quickly make 1:1 scale prototypes for performing tests in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
Once the customer has made clear its packaging, storage and transport requirements, our in-house department designs and manufactures samples. All this is done taking into adequate consideration the functionality, strength, safeness and cost-effectiveness of the packaging and of any internal components. The prototype made this way is tested by us in conditions of use and then submitted to the approval of the customer.
We are able to work all types of corrugated board according to the customer’s requirements and problems; we can use fireproof board, antistatic board or other types of board; we can print indifferently on Havana colour board, recycled board, white kraft board and, with excellent results, on gloss coated board.
